Rules, Terms & Community Standards

1. Drug & Alcohol Policy

  • No illegal drugs, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia are permitted on the property.
  • No excessive alcohol use, intoxication, or disruptive behavior.
  • Any drug-related activity may result in immediate removal from the property.

2. Respectful Community Conduct

  • Treat all house members, neighbors, staff, and visitors with respect.
  • No violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
  • Fighting, intimidation, or aggressive conduct may result in immediate termination of membership privileges.

3. Cleanliness & Shared Living Expectations

  • Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves daily.
  • Shared kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas must remain sanitary.
  • Trash must be disposed of properly.
  • Members must maintain reasonable personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.

4. Weekly Payment Terms

  • Weekly membership payments must be made on time.
  • Late payments may result in late fees or termination of membership privileges.
  • Failure to pay may result in immediate loss of occupancy rights.

5. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Excessive noise, loud music, yelling, or disturbances are prohibited.

6. Visitors

  • No overnight visitors without approval.
  • Members may not allow unauthorized individuals access to the property.
  • Sharing door codes, keys, or access information is prohibited.

7. Room Assignments

  • Members must occupy only their assigned bed or room.
  • Switching rooms or allowing another individual to stay in your space without approval is prohibited.

8. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • No smoking inside the residence.

9. Weapons & Illegal Activity

  • No firearms, explosives, or dangerous weapons permitted on the property.
  • No theft, illegal activity, or criminal conduct allowed.

10. Employment & Stability Expectations

  • Members are expected to actively pursue employment, maintain employment, or demonstrate efforts toward personal stability and self-sufficiency.

11. Property Care

  • Members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.
  • Tampering with locks, smoke detectors, cameras, internet equipment, or safety systems is prohibited.

12. Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to refuse membership, reassign rooms when necessary, remove members who violate community standards, and conduct reasonable inspections for safety and maintenance purposes.

13. Community Environment

  • This is a shared co-living environment. Members acknowledge they are participating in a cooperative housing community and agree to behave in a respectful, safe, and community-oriented manner.
